Document Description
The project will acquire two parcels totaling approximately 10 acres of land approximately 8.5 miles southeast of the town of Borrego Springs in exchange for an encroachment by a private property owner elsewhere in Anza-Borrego State Park. The parcels are in-holdings located in an area known as the Anza-Borrego Badlands. The area is desert land and climate with steep hills and washouts. This action will help preserve the beauty of the area, open apace and habitat.
