Document Description
Project includes two encroachment activities and is limited to: 1) seasonal placement and removal of a single-screened, 1.5 horse power (hp) pump intake into the East Fork Russian River, (Flotec; model FP3242-11) and, 2) seasonal direct water diversion, and or water diversion to off-stream storage, at a rate of 10 gallons per minute (gpm) or less, from an existing, single Point of Diversion (POD). Water diverted from the East Fork Russian River is proposed for the incidental purposes of irrigation (e.g., garden and fruit trees), animals (e.g. goats, chickens and dogs) and fire protection.
