Document Description
The project is to repair the garage froof structure to prevent the collapse of the structure by removing all non-original support materials. The N/S crossbeam will be left in place to support teh electrical system Three posts set into the cement floor will be installed to support the center of each original crossbeam (one post per beam). New wooden braces may be installed between the crossbeams and the rafters if thy are needed to support the roof. New wooden braces will be made of matching boards, and will be correctly installed to provide the desired support. If portions of the wooden sill supporting the walls are too deteriorated to fullfill their function, those portions will be replaced with inkind materials.
