Document Description
DTSC has issued an emergency permit to the Dart Neuroscience to treat hazardous waste by chemical stabilization.
It has been determined that this item is or may be highly reactive and or ignitable and must be stabilized prior to being transported offsite. The item is currently being stored inside a laboratory at Dart Neuroscience facility. The treatment of this item will be carried out by Clean Harbor Environmental Services (CHES) and involve the addition of a solvent or water to containers to reduce the reactive or ignitable characteristics of the chemical.
