Document Description
Metropolitan proposes routine maintenance of the spillway located at the Robert A. Skinner Water Treatment Plant. Vegetation has grown up and sediments have accumulated in the spillway, which impedes proper functioning of the spillway and could threaten public safety. Removal of vegetation would be performed with handheld equipment such as weed whippers, chainsaws, loppers and trimmers. Sediment removal would be performed with hand shovels.
