Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of 150 cubic yards of sand, gravel, sediment, and debris located within the 8 foot wide by 7 foot high concrete box culvert that extends approximately 50 feet from the culvert inlet that runs under San Ramon Valley Blvd., Interstate 680, and Tareyton Ave. The Segment under Tareyton Ave. is 80 linear feet and the segment under San Ramon Valley Blvd. is 160 linear feet, no work will occur in the Caltrans right of way and all work will be confined to the concrete apron and lifted to the road above by heavy equipment staged above top of bank, a small bobcat will enter the box culvert going down the bank at the least resistance path possible for access. A previously existing concrete weir will also be removed to improve channel flow, the weir will be removed by hand. Insurance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0165-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
