The project is limited to the installation of vegetated swales, culvert replacement and installation of an angled outlet pipe extension/flume for energy dissipation at 2nd Street and improvements to the drainage and eroded shoulder at 3rd Street. The project is part of the James V. Fitzgerald ASBS Pollution Reduction Program and is designed to improve water quality if Kanoff Creek. Insurance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0095-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
