The existing crossing, fill, debris and failed culvert will be removed and the adjacent down stream banks graded to a 2:1 slope. The crossing will then be rebuilt using clean compacted fill and the outboard fill slope will be armored with 30-cubic yards of 0.5 to 2-foot diameter rock keyed into the base of the road fill to the road slope. Excess spoils will be located in an upland area away from the stream. Three adlers will be removed as part of the project. Insurance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0280-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
