The restaurant next to the south end of Los Encinos has a concession agreement with DPR for the use of the park area immediately west of their western boundard fence. The restaurant patrons look out over teh pond. THe owner would like to replace the chain-link fence around the pond with a wrought iron fence of similar dimensions, for aesthetics reasons.
