Document Description
The California Maintenance station complex has been minimized to a single building and the peripheral buildings on either side have been saved but surplused to Parks. The septic system is still spilt between the properties; with the leach field and half of the tight-line in front of one of the buildings they gave us and the tank on the Caltrans side. The system needs replacement and this review is for the leach field and half the tight-line only on Parks land. It will be replaced in basically the same footprint and capacity, but with modern materials.
