Document Description
DWR proposes to grade and cap the road with approximately 200 tons of 3/4" road base. Install 20 feet of 12" culvert pipe at south toe road access point. All material will be wetted and compacted. Culvert will be placed in existing drainage ditch with road base added and compacted to allow access at south end of toe-road.
