Document Description
The project consists of the construction of three (3) additional modular buildings. There currently are four (4) CPELI modular buildings that were approved and relocated to its current site in 2009. Since then, the program has outgrown the capacity of the facilities resulting in need of additional space. The purpose of this project is to provide much needed space for the CPELI programs currently dispersed all throughout the campus. These three additional modular buildings will provide 3,400 GSF of space for classrooms, offices, restrooms and includes necessary site utilities, landscape and hardscape improvements.
