Document Description
Remove a barrier rock wall, a foundation for a former water tank, a water trough, a pump house and an existing water storage tank to located within or adjacent to a wetland located approximately 1 mile north of the Piedras Blancas Light Station at Heart San Simeon State Park to provide improved habitat for wildlife, restore natural and historic hydrologic function and restore the wetland to its original appearance and function. Work will use rubber-tired backhoe and truck, as well as hand power tools, to dismantle and remove structures. The wetland will be allowed to passively restore as plants encroach into the newly exposed areas.
