The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is a responsible agency for this project. SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The Lebec County Water District proposes to prepare a preliminary engineering report and hydrogeology study, design and construct a pilot test well, prepare CEQA/Nepa documentation, and design a production well.
