Document Description
The purpose of the project is to restore all-weather access along the existing easements to manholes associated with the sewers that run within the easements. All-weather access to the manholes is needed to perform routine inspections and continuous maintenance, as well as in the event of an upset condition. Additionally, all-weather access is needed to conduct any necessary remediation activities.
