Document Description
Amendment No. 1 to the TUOP modifies the parcels proposed for use, clarifies the termination provision for parcels proposed for use, and clarifies the allowed uses in each of the parcels. Parcel No. 1 shall be used only and exclusively for the purpose of the sale and installation of marine supplies, equipment, machinery, and accessories; marine sales and services for purposes of boat sales; ship chandlery and office for marine-related businesses; temporary parking; temporary storage; construction staging; utility access; fire lane access and for no other purposes whatsoever including construction of any site improvements; temporary or otherwise and parcel No. 3A shall be used only and exclusively for the purpose of temporary parking and temporary access and for no other purposes whatsoever including construction of any site improvements; temporary or otherwise.
