Document Description
The proposed project involves repairing and recoating the existing concrete parking lot serving the Bay Club Hotel and Marina. The parking lot is in need of repair due to cracks and breaks that have formed over time on the concrete. Work to complete the proposed project will include surface preparation, concrete repair, and application of a waterproof traffic coating application. The waterproofing materials that will be used are environmentally friendly acrylic based products. The proposed project will impact 37 parking spaces within the surface parking lot. Construction will be divided into two phases, with phase one blocking 25 spaces and phase two blocking 12 spaces. The hotel will have adequate parking for hotel guests during construction of the proposed project. Construction is anticipated to commence in October of 2014 and take approximately two weeks to complete. The applicant is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding construction demolition debris, hazards and hazardous materials, noise, and stormwater.
