Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to applicant, Barbara Lahmann. Activities include reclamation activity following unpermitted alteration of the bank and channel of the Kaweah River. The stream bank will be recontoured to original slopes, native seed will be applied to stabilization of slopes, and trees will be planted for restoration of the riparian area impacted by the construction.
