Document Description
The project will remove two culverts where streambed restoration will take place. In addition, an existing culvert pipe inlet will be improved culvert inlet and rural roadway will be widened to the original 12 foot width. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2011-0295-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code.

This project includes the removal of two existing culverts located within a stream reach above anadromy where no special status species have been documented during multiple surveys. The areas where culvert removal will take place are to be restored to their native state. No grading will occur as part of the culvert inlet improvement.
