Document Description
This slope was constructed as part of a recently completed roadway project on US 101. Shortly after being cut, the slope exhibited small failures. Parts of the toe of slope are cut vertically and lobes of debris are protruding onto the shoulder. Work consists of removing material and laying back the eroded slope.
