Document Description
The proposed project is the development of a new Mental Health Courthouse on a 1.3 acre site for the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles. The proposed project includes the renovation and expansion of the existing structure (Hollywood Courthouse), which is an approximately 40,000 square feet, two-story courthouse built in 1986. The new courthouse will also be a two-story courthouse, and will include the renovation of three courtrooms as well as a 5,000 square foot addition for a total proposed project of 45,000 square feet. Parking will be provided via surface parking at the site. The project includes secured parking, which is currently located and will remain on the basement level.
