SWRCB is a responsible agency for this project. SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing funds for this project. The City of Napa proposes a project that includes repairing the City's storage tank in the Browns Valley pressure zone (Tank B) for damages inflicted as a result of a seismic event on August 24, 2014. The tank pressure zone was found to be compromised and inoperable.
