Document Description
The proposed project is a proposal from AT&T California (AT&T), a California Cooperation, to trench approximately 1,300 feet along Quay Avenue, Bay Marina Drive, and West 28th Street in National City, CA to provide fiber optic cable services. The depth of the trench will be between 24 inches and 36 inches, and a 1- to 4-inch duct and accompanying fiber optic cable will be installed with the trench. The project will also replace two existing utility boxes and add one new utility box to provide fiber optic cable service.
