The proposed project is a new tidelands use and occupancy permit (TUOP) to ABC Barge & Equipment, Inc. dba Tonga Landing (Tenant) for their continued use of approximately 39,900 square feet of tideland area within Shelter Island in the City of San Diego. The area proposed for use under this TUOP will be used only and exclusively for the purpose of ship chandlery, marine hardware and electronic sales, boat sales, offices for marine-related professional services, dockside boat repairs and marine services berthing and for no other purpose whatsoever.
