Document Description
The project is limited to the modification of the existing spillway on a small irrigation pond by lowering it 1.6 feet in order limit the pond volume to 20-acre foot. The project is being undertaken in order to comply with the requirements of a State Water Resources Control Board small irrigation registration. The project will include grading appproximately 400 cubic yards of material to create a new spillway at a reduced elevation, placement of concrete cutoff walls on the upstream and downstream ends of the spillway, and placement of a 10-foot long by 8-foot wide section of rock slope protection within the spillway outfall.
