Document Description
-Retaining 165 sf of an existing 1,398-sf house (as recommended by Architectural Historian Diana Painter), moving this section forward on the lot and constructing a 2,836 sf, single story addition and deck.
- Converting an existing 739-sf barn into an 852-sf two-car garage with a 373-sf storage loft. A 113-sf addition on the north side of the barn will include a stair to access the existing loft. A concrete slab on grade will be installed to replace the dirt floor along with new concrete curbs under the exterior walls.
- Removal and relocation of trees, landscaping, storm water drainage improvements
