The project includes development of a 60-room hotel in three existing buildings in 'The Barlow' development (Buildings G, H and A-N). The hotel would include a lobby and reception, cafe and bar, a wellness center, meeting rooms, a small fitness center, an outdoor pool, and limited retail space. Required Planning approvals include a Use Permit for the hotel use and for provision of alcohol in the planned cafe and bar, a Parking Variance, a Lot Line Adjustment and Merger, a Flood Ordinance Variance and Major Design Review. A Caltrans Encroachment Permit will be required for limited roadway work on Sebastopol Avenue (Highway 12).
