Document Description
The project is an age-restricted senior neighborhood consisting of 40 multi-family residential condominiums along with an assisted living Lodge facility. The Lodge facility includes a total of 86 senior living spaces for independent living and assisted living memory care units. The project also includes construction of a number of infrastructure improvements including new utilities, driveways, a roundabout, a portion of the Truckee River Legacy Trail and a new stairway connecting the Legacy Trail to Brockway Road.
