City of Healdsburg General Plan Amendment 2014-03, 2015-2023 Housing Element Update is a comprehensive statement by the City of Healdsburg of its broad and specific commitments to facilitate the development of Housing in the City. It is in compliance with Government Code Section 65580 to 65589.8. The Housing Element is an official response to the need to provide housing for all economic segments of the population, establishing goals, policies, and programs that will guide City decision making and set forth an action plan to implement these housing programs through 2023.
