Tentative Subdivision Map T14-013 to divide the 5 acre parcel into nineteen parcels ranging in size from 6,400 to 32,874 sf. 3. Planned Unit Development Permit PUD14-001 to authorize exceptions to the Ordinance Code 4. Ordinance for release and cancellation of Development Agreement DA08-003 approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 26, 2009, pursuant to Ordinance No. 3047. 5. Resolution of application to the Tuolumne County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to form a County Service Area (CSA) to provide maintenance of roads serving the proposed subdivision which are not accepted into the County Maintained System, and maintenance of the on-site retention/detention basin.
