This is a request to construct 33 new greenhouse buildings (totaling 1.95 million sf) for the purpose of sowing and growing transplants. The majority of the site is currently paved for a tomato drying facility. The business will operate 24 hours a day, with 40 truck deliveries and 10-20 customer visits per day. A 168 space parking lot is proposed to cover peak shift employees with two alternative parking configurations shown on the site plan.
