The project includes a Rezoning of a vacant 1.47-acre property from R-1-6, Single-Family Residence District to Planned District P-2014-262, a Density Bonus in accordance with Fremont Municipal Code Chapter (FMC) 18.165, Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 8192, and a Private Street to facilitate construction of a 17-lot for-sale residential subdivision. The project proposes two duet units and 15 detached units, including two on-site below-market-rate (BMR) units that would be affordable to very low income households. The site would be cleared of the remaining trees and vegetation to accommodate the proposed project.
