Document Description
The proposed project would result in the demolition of the existing light industrial buildings and associated improvements and redevelopment of the project site with a life science campus consisting of four buildings and a parking structure. The
four buildings would include three commercial/laboratory buildings and an amenity building. All three of the commercial/laboratory buildings would be a maximum of six stories and approximately 97 feet in height. The office/laboratory spaces in each building would be made up of approximately 60 percent laboratory space and 40 percent office space. The parking garage would provide approximately
927 parking stalls and would have a maximum height of 94 feet, 2 inches to the top of the photovoltaic shade structures on the uppermost level.
