The proposed project includes the Millbrae Station Area Specific Plan Update, the Millbrae Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) #1 project, and the Millbrae TOD #2 project. Build out of the proposed Project would result in approximately 1,653,000 sq. ft. of office, 275,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 1,1750 residential units, and 360 hotel rooms.
