Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2015-0113-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Paul Warner. The project is limited to the construction of a residential driveway across an unnamed tributary to Bear Creek. Additionally, a temporary bridge consisting of a recycled railroad car bed will be placed over the stream excavation access during construction of the single family residence. 65 square-feet of riparian area at the garage location will be permanently impacted by the project to allow the garage and 20' driveway required by Placer County to provide off-street parking during snow removal operations. The remaining 4,185 sf of Riparian Area (approximately 45% of the total lot area) will be defined and permanently monumented as "Wetland Preservation".
