The proposed project would amend the General Plan to allow an increased FAR within the Research/Office Park Land Use Designation of the General Plan for Lincoln Centre from 0.60 to 0.68. The proposed project would also amend the Foster City Zoning Map to change the zoning from C-M/PD with a new General Development Plan for the +/-20 acre Lincoln Centre Life Sciences Research Campus Site, to allow development of up to 595,000 gross sf of laboratory, manufacturing, office space, and visitor and employee amenities; and structured parking.
