Document Description
The applicant is proposing to raze the existing warehouses on the project site to construct a four-story upscale extended stay hotel comprised of 204 guest rooms and 206 surface parking spaces. The hotel would consist of 138 studio, 43 one-bedroom and 23 two-bedroom hotel rooms. Parking would be provided on the site surface, surrounding the hotel building. Site amenities include a lobby, two outdoor patio areas, a fire pit, a pool and spa, a sport court, a fitness and laundry center, a kitchen and buffet, a meeting room, storage for electrical mechanics and engineers, offices, and an employee lounge. All guest rooms would include individual kitchens.
