Document Description
The proposed project includes an approximately 88,000 sf building and an approximately 50,000 sf outdoor area. The proposed structure would be up to two stories in height. In addition to the building, the proposal includes a 433-space parking lot and landscaping. Indoor amenities would include swimming pools; whirlpools; a basketball court; exercise equipment; exercise studios; locker rooms; a spa; a cafe; and a kid's area with a basketball court, studios for skill-based classes, and play areas. Outdoor amenities would include an outdoor pool area with two swimming pools (one with 26 foot slides), whirlpools, an outdoor cafe, an outdoor play area with play structures, and an area for a potential future artificial turf field. The operating hours for the facility would be from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., seven days a week, and will be staffed by approx. 250 employees.
