Orrs Creek Homes Planned Development Rezoning and Precise Development Plan

Rezoning of 4 vacant parcels from High Density Residential to Planned Development/High Density Residential and a Precise Development Plan to allow the construction of one 1,536 sf home with an attached garage on each of the 4 vacant parcels, ranging in size from 2,911 to 7,024 sf. The Project has frontage on Ford Street, a public street, which would provide access to the driveway and garage. The Project includes construction of frontage improvements, including curb, gutter and sidewalk, street trees and the planting of front yard landscaping. The Project site includes a section of Orrs Creek. No work within the creek is included in the Project. A group of valley trees located on Lot 1 and a garage would be removed. The remaining trees on the site would remain.
