Conversion to vineyard of approximately 95-acres (+/-81.9 net vine acres), including earthmoving activities and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures of gently to moderately sloping wild oat grassland and oak savanna (slopes typically range from 8% to 16%, average slope approximately 11%). The project applicant has prepared an Agricultural Erosion Control Plan (ECPA) as required by Napa County Code (Chapter 18.108), "Conservation Regulations).
