CDFW has executed streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2015-0012-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, San Joaquin County. The project includes removing the existing, deteriorating Victory Road Bridge over Lone Tree Creek and replacing it with a new single span bridge. The amendment includes moving vegetation replacement from onsite to offsite, and expanding bank stabilization at the project site.
