CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0406-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Troy Arsenau, representing the Caltrans. The project involves reconstructing the southbound lane, southbound shoulder, and associated drainage elements on U.S. 101 between PM 111.3 and 111.7, including modifying an existing welded steel pipe where it intersects a proposed soldier pile ground anchor wall, and re-establishing and rip-rapping the stream channel downstream for stream grade stability after construction.
