CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0019-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Rancho Cordova, as represented by Albert Stricker. CDFW has updated Measure 1.6-1.10 of the Streambed Alteration Agreement and the Verification Request Form in order to streamline survey procedures and to maintain consistency with other recently execited Agreements in Sacramento County.
