CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0019-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Rancho Cordova, as represented by Albert Stricker.
The City's project area has been updated to include three outfalls recently acquired by the City. The City will maintain these outfalls in accordance with the existing Agreement with CDFW.
