CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0136-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, GBN Partners, LLC as represented by Mr. Earl Callison.
The project is associated with the development of the Vineyards at Sand Creek residential Project. The Project is limited to the construction of a single storm drain outfall structure that will discharge water into Sand Creek from a water quality control basin. The outfall structure will consist of a 60-inch drain pipe with 1,200 sq. ft. of rip-rap (180 cubic yards) used to construct the outfall. Approx. 40 linear feet of the pipe will occur in the historical riparian upland and the rip-rap apron will occur in the historical riparian upland area below the top of bank and will permanently impact an area approx. 1,200 sq. ft. for outfall construction within the riparian upland below top of bank. No trees shall be removed as a result of Project implementation.
