The project consists of a residential development on 141.6 total acres, including up to 650 single-family residential units on 127.5 acres; 31.6 acres of parks and landscaped areas (some of which overlap with the residential area); extension of Heidom Ranch Rd, Hillcrest Ave, and Sand Creek Rd; extension of a portion of the Sand Creek Trail for connection to other City and regional trails; and utility improvements. The project would construct the following off-site improvements: a dedicated public roadway in Antioch and storm drain lines and a storm drain outfall structure to Sand Creek. The project could be developed as either a single-family market-rate residential community or as an age0restricted "active adult" residential community.
