Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0275-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Vincent Gin/Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water).
The Project includes retrofitting or upgrading drainage infrastructure or roads at channel crossings, along with bank repairs at three different sites (Sites 4, 8, and 10). One site will include removal of one coast live oak 15.9 inches in diameter at breast height that is partially blocking the culvert on the upstream side of the road crossing.
