Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is a responsible agency for this project. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program and Proposition 84 Program are providing state funds for the project. The Monterey Park Tract Community Services District proposes to construction of approximately 5-miles of 4-inch transmission line, 100,000 gallon storage tank, booster pump station, 1,000 gallon hyrdropneumatic tank, chlorination facility, and appurtenant structures. This is to advise that the SWRCB has conditionally approved a loan for the project described above in the amount of $1,137,171 on September 26, 2014 from the Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program. Upon completion of the project, the SWRCB's District Office will issue a new or amended permit to operate the facility. This is to advise that the SWRCB has conditionally approved a grant for the project described above in the amount of $2,220,269 on September 24, 2014 from Section 75022, Proposition 84, The Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control, River and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006.
