The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0103-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Phillips 66 Pipeline LLC. The Project includes activities related to the installation of a new 10-inch carbon steel pipe within an unnamed tributary to Arroyo Grande Creek and replacement of an existing 12-inch carbon steel pipe within Arroyo Grande Creek.
