Document Description
The proposed Project includes the construction of an approximately 35,076 sf, three-story medical office building (MOB) with an associated surface parking lot and landscaping. Entitlements being requested include a Development Plan Approval (DPA) and a Code Amendment to allow metal materials on the proposed MOB. Existing uses on the site will be demolished to accommodate the project.
